Subscription Help
Your Zesty+ subscription is managed through Apple. To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Get Zesty! to manage
For billing questions or refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
App Troubleshooting
App won't open or crashes
Try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, restart your iPhone or reinstall the app.
Live Activities not showing
Make sure Live Activities are enabled in Settings > Get Zesty! > Live Activities. Also ensure you're running iOS 16.1 or later.
Notifications not working
Check that notifications are enabled in Settings > Get Zesty! > Notifications. Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus modes aren't blocking alerts.
Data not syncing
All data is stored locally on your device and does not sync to the cloud. If you delete the app, your data will be permanently removed.
